AVSwim Terms and Conditions

Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions of sale that you are bound by when using the online store "AVSwimwear Bikini Shop". The terms and conditions indicated below (the "Conditions") will apply to your use of AVSwimwear Bikinis and to all purchases you make through AVSwimwear.

Purchase of AVSwimwear Products

You can only buy products:

that they are available for sale and whose details appear in AVSwimwear;
intended for personal use, either your own or that of the recipients for whom you purchase the products.
AVswimwear reserves the right to reject any order at its sole option (for example, when it considers that the order in question is intended to be subsequently sold by means other than the distribution channels authorized by AVSwimwear).

The details of the products available for purchase (including their corresponding price) are specified on our website. AVSwimwear will take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that all of the details, descriptions, and prices of the products that appear on AVSwimwear are correct when the information is included on our website. Although we will do our best to keep the store as up-to-date as possible, the information specified at any given time may not always reflect the exact situation when you place an order.

Placing Product Purchase Orders and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

Once you have selected the products you want to purchase, those products will be included in the shopping cart.
At the end of the verification process, you will click on the “order summary” button to access the order summary page where you can identify and correct possible information errors.
At the bottom of the order summary page, you will need to click the "order submit" button in order for us to receive a binding order.
Once you have clicked on the "order delivery" button, we will obtain an authorization from the marketing company of your credit or debit card for the amount indicated on the order summary page or via Paypal, we also have products in stock shipping on delivery. If your credit card is not authorized, the order will not be processed.
AVSwimwear will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order for products, which does not constitute automatic acceptance by us of your order.
You and AVSwimwear will have entered into a contract for the sale of the products requested by you once we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation e-mail and in any case, however, when you receive the aforementioned products.
The sale contract may be concluded in Spanish.

Payment conditions

You can pay with your bank card (credit or debit card). The payment on your bank card will be made at the conclusion of the sale contract.

Payment by credit card is totally secure. The entire transaction is made in encrypted form through a bank validation server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol, so your credit card number and expiration date are instantly encrypted on your computer before being sent to the SSL protocol. No one will be able to use your data without your authorization, since the information is illegible. For greater security, these data are not stored on our server, so you must communicate all the information with each new order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express card payments but we are still working to have more payment methods.

We also work with Paypal today and with cash on delivery for products in stock.

Returns and Cancellation of the Order

The conditions for the return and cancellation of the order that are indicated below will be applied without prejudice to the rights that legally assist you.

Order Cancellation

You may change your mind and cancel your order within thirty (30) days after the purchase of the products. If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund you:

the full purchase price
the costs related to shipping the products to your attention.
as long as you have previously returned the products of your order in perfect condition.

Damaged or defective products and incorrect deliveries

You will be able to change your products, or get a full refund if said order products are damaged or defective once received, or if the products you receive are not the ones you originally requested.

Return

If you decide to return damaged or defective products, or received an incorrect order, we will refund everything you have paid, therefore:

the total purchase price
the shipping costs that have been applied to this shipment

For this, we need you to return the products in perfect condition and the delivery documentation for your order. If you do not return the products to us, we must charge the price of them.

Change

When you exchange damaged or defective products or an incorrect order, we will send you the replacement items free of charge as long as you have previously returned the products of the order in the state in which you received them.

You can return your products, along with the delivery documentation, by taking them or sending them by mail. Please note that this documentation is necessary to benefit from the free return. Your money is returned in the same payment method that you used when placing your order.

The estimated time for your refund is 7-14 days.

If you are going to return the merchandise, remember:

Refunds

Your money is returned in the same payment method that you used when placing your order.

The estimated time for your refund is 5 to 7 business days (note that depending on your bank this period may be longer) since we have received the products you have returned.

Customs fees

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and this in its entirety: customs fees and additional customs clearance costs (processing fees, local taxes). AVSWIMWEAR will not suffer, under any circumstances, the payment of its expenses. The carrier has the right to request payment of these costs according to the country of delivery. Shipping

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form.
