1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

UPDATED COVID19:

At AVSWIMWEAR we have 3 shipping methods.

  • Slow shipping (Covid19 era)

Within 10-35 working days that will be delivered by the Post Office.

  • "Fast" shipping (Covid19 era)

Within 5-20 working days it will be delivered by DHL or Nacex depending on the destination.

  • Shipping in 24 / 48H

Within 24 / 48H today only available for products in STOCK.

For international shipments, the shipping time depends on each country. Also in times of COVID19 the shipping time may vary a few days

 

Due to the current situation (COVID19) deliveries may be delayed more than normal, as we have indicated. As of today, a delay to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands of 2-5 days longer than the normal delivery time is expected.

The delivery times are so long due to the lack of flights, we are not responsible for exceeding the delivery time indicated but we will compensate you in some way in this bad situation that we are going through, contact infoavswimwear@gmail.com if it exceeds the term delivery.

Delivery times will begin to count 2 working days after making the purchase due to the preparation and set-up to send your order

2. COUNTRIES TO WHICH WE SEND

We deliver worldwide.

 

3. TRACKING THE ORDER

The tracking of the package we will leave it indicated in your purchase 5-7 days after making the purchase. But you can also contact us for any questions or problems at infoavswimwear@gmail.com

 

4. SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping costs are placed at the time of purchase according to the selected shipping method.

 

5. ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If once the order is placed an item is out of stock, we will contact you to give you the option to change your product or we will cancel and refund the corresponding part of your order, and a notification will be sent to the email provided.

6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In case of receiving a defective product you must contact us immediately through our email infoavswimwear@gmail.com . You must provide the details of the product and the damage it suffers, as well as attach photos of the incident.

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and we will notify you by email if the return or replacement is appropriate. The return can be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

7. RETURN POLICY

For hygiene reasons, swimsuits and bikinis cannot be returned, except for being defective products.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective. In no case will it be accepted due to size error, therefore we recommend reading the Size Guide carefully before buying.

The customer has 14 calendar days to return the order, counting from the day received.

In the case of return, the shipping costs or expenses incurred will be borne by the customer. That is, the corresponding part of the order will be refunded, excluding the shipping costs of the return.

We refund money of the item price but not shipping cost.

Cash on delivery returns are not accepted.

If you decide to return the product, you should contact infoaswimwear@gmail.com in advance. Both the details of the address where to send the product and the details of the refund will be provided.
